In the mountainous city of Chongqing, each ladder presents a stunning vista. Each landscape, unique and novel, inspires people to explore. In the campus, each roof commands a picturesque view, imbued with changes to influence the perception of the surrounding environment. In the renovation of Chongqing Longtousi Primary School, the designers aspired to find a unique DNA and bring to the fore the school etched in their memory. It is a school with a profusion of unknown facets, a school that is saturated with artistic taste and technological intelligence. Here, the classrooms and the lobby use direct suspension of Armstrong technic. The biggest highlight of the project is the gym with a dynamic vigor and vitality of three-dimensional geometry, inspired by the ancient Chinese movable type printing and meeting the needs of the designers for “integrating Chinese culture”, lending a touch of retro art as well.
